The website www.e-fertilia.gr is an online e-commerce store for selling products and services via the Internet, created and operated by the business named Nikolaos Savvakis & Co. EE, located in Marousi, Sorou 54, 15125, Greece. It is legally represented, with VAT number 998200344 and tax office of Amaroussi, email address info@e-fertilia.gr, customer service phone line for the online store: (0030) - 2106108744.
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the online store with the trade name "Fertilia_Efi Ioannidou," which is located at the web address www.e-fertilia.gr. Every user who enters and transacts with or uses the services of the online store is considered to unconditionally consent and accept the following terms, without any exceptions. If a user does not agree with these terms, then they are responsible for refraining from visiting, using the website, as well as from any transaction or use of the online store's services.
General Terms
The business Fertilia – Nikolaos Savvakis and Co. GP reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store, whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes the obligation to inform consumers about any change, through the pages of this online store. Contracts through the online store are formed in the Greek language.
The store operates 7 days a week. Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 21:30, Saturday 9:00 -9:30, and Sunday 9:00 to 15:00 (except for Sundays coinciding with major holidays when the hours change to 9:00 -9:30).
Deliveries of orders are made every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
From Monday to Saturday, same-day deliveries are made from 9:30 to 20:30, and Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. Except for Sundays coinciding with major holidays when the delivery hours are 9:30-20:30.
All orders are accompanied by a retail sales receipt. In case the customer or company wishes an invoice, this should be mentioned in the remarks of the online order along with the full details of the company or individual to whom the invoice is issued.
Provided Information & Products
The business Fertilia is committed to the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information presented in the online store, regarding both the identity of the BUSINESS and the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries made by mistake/inadvertence according to common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it realizes their existence.
Limitation of Liability
In the context of transactions from the online store, the company is not liable and has no obligation for compensation for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, from their non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs based on the maintained data about the availability or not to the interested customer and undertakes, in case of change of these data, to promptly inform the customers about the non-availability, in which case it bears no further liability. Orders - Shipments - Product
For the safe and timely delivery, we always communicate by phone with the recipient to confirm the order details, the address, and the time of receipt.
In case the order has been sent and the details are incorrect, our store is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order.
If we cannot find the recipient and there is a delay in the delivery of your order, you will be informed by phone by our store about the progress.
During major holidays such as Saint John, Mother's Day, Saint Valentine's, Constantine & Helen, Saint Nicholas, Christmas, New Year's, Saint Demetrius, for better and faster service, it would be good for your orders to be placed 2-3 days in advance. The same applies to abroad and provincial areas. Orders placed on the same day may be executed the following day.
The products may vary depending on the season and availability. In case some flowers - plants or the specific pot - basket, etc., are not available or the color of the flower - plant you chose is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar kind.
Orders for abroad and provincial areas are not sent from our e-shop but from cooperating florists and changes and modifications may be made depending on the availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders submitted for same-day execution cannot be canceled on the same day. In cases where the sender does not wish for the gift to be sent, the amount is not refunded. However, you can pick up your order from our store or have it delivered to a new address or at another time, subject to additional shipping charges, all following agreement with you.
You can cancel an order you have placed at least two days before the delivery up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery time by informing us by phone at 2106108744. In this case, the transaction on your credit card will be canceled.
Order Replacement
After the completion of the delivery of a product to its recipient, we bear no responsibility regarding the condition and appearance of the product. We always ensure the excellent quality of products and services so that there is never any alteration.
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In the event of an inability to execute your order due to weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure situations, you may request to modify your order or even cancel it and receive a refund.
Refusal of Receipt by Recipient
In case the recipient does not wish to receive your gift, the amount can be credited to your next order, or the gift can be sent to a new address, subject to additional shipping charges.
